1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the hanows website and enrolment in any hanows programme, delivered by hanows, Landmark Heron Tower, 17th–19th Floors, 110 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AY, United Kingdom. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.
2. Our programmes
hanows provides career coaching, executive skills development, leadership confidence coaching and business knowledge programmes. Programme content, format and coach availability may vary between cohorts and are subject to reasonable change to maintain quality.
3. Enrolment and payment
Programmes are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrolment. Annual billing is offered at a 30% discount against the monthly rate. Fees are payable in advance of each billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Seven-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your programme within the first seven days of enrolment, contact us at info@hanows.info to discuss your options, which may include a refund, subject to the conditions set out in this section and applicable consumer protection law.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
hanows provides coaching, training and structured development support. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases or income as a result of participating in our programmes. Results depend on individual effort, role and organisational context.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your enrolment at the end of any billing period by notifying us in writing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied thereafter.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, curriculum content and resources provided as part of a hanows programme remain the intellectual property of hanows and are licensed to you for personal use during your enrolment only. Materials may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, hanows shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our programmes or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
